Congratulations to Richard Dinford (Wessex) who is the first person to claim a red award in eight years!

To qualify you must be within the first 50% of all starters or within 150% of the winners time in the results on the same colour course, three times in any two year period.

For WHITE courses you only need to complete the course three times.

The STRING course award (PURPLE) is available for any younger person who does not already hold any other colour award, and who has completed three string courses.

To obtain a colour coded badge award notify Anne Donnell (see SINS for contact details) and let her have the dates of the three events at which you qualified (events anywhere in Britain are acceptable) and £1 for Juniors (20 and under) or £2 for Seniors (21 and over). These prices are susidised by SWOA. If applying by post, please make cheques payable to SWOA and enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
